Zaneta Berry, Transitional Outreach & Training Coordinator

Zaneta Berry is the Transitional Outreach & Training Coordinator for our Transitional Youth Program (TYP). In this capacity, she oversees the Mentoring & Coaching Program in Partnership with OCJ Kids, oversees the Teen Drop-In Center, in addition to coordinating individual case management of teens in and from care, and conducting I-house and in-group home child welfare training. Ms. Berry has over 15 years of experience in Child Welfare. She is passionate and dedicated to changing the system.

Patricia Lee

Patricia Lee is a Transition Coach and Trainer. She has been involved in Child Welfare for 4 years. She was a licensed Kinship foster family of two children, including a special needs child. After fostering, she became a child welfare trainer. Currently, as a Coach and Trainer, she works with teens in transition and develops and implements curriculum for Camp 1 Promise. Madison Miles is a Volunteer Transition Training partner through her company, LIFEOLOGY, LLC. LIFEOLOGY, is the dream realized by Madison Miles, a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Certified Life Coach. Madison has been mentoring and coaching in various capacities the majority of her life.  She obtained her Mind-Body Wellness Practitioner’s diploma specializing in Life Coaching and Hypnotherapy at the renowned Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, located in Tempe, AZ.
